Residential maintenance plans include the following

System Check

AIR FILTERS

  • Verify type: Disposable; PMAC; EAC; Pure Air; BMAC; HC
  • Determine location: In unit; Return air grill; Filter cabinet
  • Replace or clean filters
  • Change bulbs and catalyst

BLOWER SECTION

  • Evaluate wheel and check for vibration
  • Lubricate motor and bearings as needed
  • Check mount, end play, motor wiring, and air flow settings

Heating and Cooling Operations Check

HEAT PUMP

  • Check cleanliness of coils (indoor and outdoor)
  • Check wiring and controls
  • Check heat strip operations (amperage and staging)
  • Visually inspect run capacitor
  • Check condenser fan
  • Visually inspect compressor contactor
