All Dave Lennox Signature Collection models come with a 12-Year Limited Warranty on the compressor and covered components. Furnace heat exchangers offer either 20-Year or Lifetime Limited Warranties.
All Elite Models come with a 10-Year Limited Warranty on compressors and a 5-Year Limited Warranty on covered components. A 10-Year Extended Limited Warranty is available with product registration. Furnace heat exchangers offer either 20-Year or Lifetime Limited Warranties.
All Merit Models come with a 5-Year Limited Warranty on compressors and a 5-Year Limited Warranty on covered components. A 10-Year Extended Limited Warranty is available with product registration. Furnace heat exchangers offer a 20-Year Limited Warranty.
10 Year Worry-Free Warranty*
A 10-year labor warranty (and an additional 2 years of warranty available with purchase of surge protection at the time of installation)* is included with the purchase and installation of new Lennox or Mitsubishi equipment, offering our customers additional peace of mind with their investment.
Manufacturer warranties generally only cover the cost of parts—leaving homeowners with labor expenses to replace any failed parts during the warranty period. However, with this warranty, Metal Masters’ customers will not be left with these additional labor expenses. Simply put, if Lennox or Mitsubishi warranty the part, we will cover the labor.
* This extended labor warranty requires regular yearly maintenance by Metal Masters to catch potential issues early and ensure your equipment runs at peak performance. It does not cover acts of God, misuse, neglect, or wear items such as catalysts, bulbs, contactors, capacitors, and filters (Metal Masters installed filter cabinets with 5” filters can last up to 6-12 months). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Lennox or Mitsubishi equipment and is non-transferable.
