  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Check motor and compressor amp draw
  • Inspect motors and controls. Lubricate fan motor and bearings
  • Visually inspect coils for refrigerant leaks, damage or build up, and clean annually
  • Check condensate drains
  • Check system operation in heat and cool modes depending on season
  • Check for correct economizer operation
  • Replace or wash filters. Replace belts 1 time per year
