Planned Maintenance

A Smart Choice for Reliable and Efficient Comfort

A vital part of your comfort—and consuming more than 40 percent of the energy used in your home—your HVAC system requires routine upkeep for achieving optimal comfort while minimizing energy costs.

Benefits of planned maintenance include:

  • Increase the longevity of your heating and cooling equipment and prevent unexpected repair or equipment replacement costs.
  • An HVAC system running optimally increases efficiency and, in turn, reduces energy expenses.
  • A highly trained service technician completes a thorough and detailed inspection of the system operations, and addresses any issues that need attention.
  • Potential hazards are reduced and the indoor air is kept as healthy as possible, providing you some added peace of mind.
